The third and final phase of the development is complete. ISW obtained the architectural metal package for this project a little over two years ago. At that time, it was the most substantial package we had taken on, making the current successful completion particularly rewarding.
Completed elements on the apartment buildings include: a key clamp on the roof, man-safe cabling, glass balustrades on roof terraces, balcony partitions and privacy screens, AOV gratings, a bespoke roof access stair, aluminium Juliettes, external stair balustrades, aluminium walkway balustrades, internal handrails, timber louvre panels in the car park, a steel frame with timber louvre bin and bike stores, and the fabrication and installation of a fully bespoke link bridge.
The houses leverage the benefits of using glass more extensively.
Completed elements include glass button-clamp Juliette balconies, inset-balcony glass balustrades, rear terrace glass balustrades, aluminium facias, internal steel stair balustrades, glass balustrades on walkways, timber privacy screens, external stair glass balustrades and handrails, and steel frame and timber louvre gated stores.
