We were awarded the full external facade supply and installation package, delivering a suite of high-quality, tailored solutions. This included a 60m² glass cladding system for the upper penthouse, creating a sleek, modern aesthetic, alongside a 70m² zinc cladding system for the lower penthouse, adding durability and visual impact. We supplied and installed aluminium cladding for copings and fascias, aluminium rain-screen cladding for the shopfront, and aluminium soffits to the balconies and main entrance. Further enhancing the design, a 50 linear metre glass balustrade and a back-painted button-fix glass balustrade were installed, serving both as protective barriers and as complementary fascia elements.
